Our next stop in Africa was Zimbabwe. Victoria Falls to be exact. Victoria Falls sits on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia. You can visit both countries and get different views of the falls. We decided to stay in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe for the week because we heard the views and the city was more active.
Our next stop in Africa was South Africa....Kruger National Park to be specific. We flew into Johannesburg and hopped a bus with our tour mates Marie and her son Jack from Ireland with Absolute Africa. We booked a 4 day tour to include a game drive in Kruger National Park but it also included a few nights at Balula Private Reserve.
Safari time! Since we loved our tour with Gate 1 Travel in China we decided to use them again for a safari. We flew into Nairobi and meet up with our travel group. There were about 14 of us split up in 3 safari vans. Tim and I were paired up with Candy and her mom Elaine. We had a lot of laughs through the week in that van.
After Asia and about three and a half months of traveling we needed a break. A week of just relaxing. No big excursions, no epic walking days, no hot weather, and no planning. We booked a week in Male, Seychelles just for that.

Here are a few of the things I did enjoy:
We leave tomorrow and have been doing a lot of practice packing and wrapping things up around here. Take a look at some of the stuff we're going to be lugging around!
"You finish up a report that you know no one’s going to give a serious look. You check out some memes that validate that you’re not alone, your friends hate their jobs too, so this is normal, even the ones who really like their job have gotten into the societal habit of bitching for bitching’s sake. Why do we do this to ourselves?"
